ION CUBE Php cacher

I got that now my PHP forum pages have different generation times, used to be .0380 almost always now it is

.0427-.0490

I can see the slowdowns, I mean feel it ION CUBE Php cacher

Now is it set up right or is ION cube bad? I noticed some pages seem faster but does it mabye make pages that are harder to load faster and the fast ones alittle slower sence there cached?
