Server users can't receive e-mail

After a working for a day to get the DNS working finally it looks as if everything is ok with my new server but now I can't get e-mail working.

I am almost certain it was working for a while but now it doesn't without any change to the accounts themselves so I suspect the DNS again.

When I send from my ISP account or yahoo an e-mail to any user on my server the user never receives the e-mail. It doesn't get bounced back either. I checked and spam assassin is disabled. The accounts all have catch all address which rules out the possibility of mispelling my e-mail address. What other things could be causing this? I'm out of ideas.

Any help is appreciated. If any information is necessary just let me know.

The server is running WHM/Cpanel.
