cPanel Horde / IP issues

-- What to do about that? I know its most likely a quick fix
B)How would I add more IP's to a cpanel box that have a different gateway? IE two /29's. I looked in /etc/sysconfig/networkscripts and i checked the configs and didnt see anything made by cpanel to sort of follow so...but I can see that eth0:1 2 3 etc are configured.
