$50/PP - Need PHP Developer Immediately

Due to my lack of experience with PHP Its taking me far too much time to figure this issue out. With someone that knows PHP this may take 15 minutes...

Need modifications on a new product / script parsing RSS feeds. The issue is my host, Dreamhost, does not support the fopen() function for accessing REMOTE files - local files are not a problem ... the problem is when I try to access URL, like a rss fee.

Ive tried using cURL in place of fopen() but still running into issues
