Desperate for any help

Hello,

I have a client whose hosting account got suspended because of high CPU usage. My client upgraded his account to a VPS plan. He has received the welcome emails as well as the login details to Virtuozzo and WHM.

Here is what the hosting people (hostforweb.com) told him :
Once you have your welcome letter for your VPS account, email migration@hostforweb.com with your old account('s) information and your new VPS account information with details of what exactly you need migrated and setup / configured for you on your VPS server.
I have also asked my client to send the required email.

My question, is there anything I can do to speed up the process on my own? Can anybody give me some help on what I can do to reactivate the account? Or should I just leave it to the hosting company.

I have used CPanel but do not know much about VPS and WHM.
