mailman lists and bounces

A few weeks ago all mailman list owners stopped receiving bounces of any kind. They used to get invalid addresses returned, etc. They are not being misdirected to any of the cpanel WHM server contacts either.

They can be seen briefly at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/data/bounce-events-#####.pck and then those disappear as well, probably perceives as delivered.

The log shows bounces are processing:
