Installing YUM on CentOS 3.4

Hi all,

I am trying to install yum on a CentOS3.4 Virtuozzo VPS.

I have one dependency left and i just cannot get this dependency to install. The dependency is rpm-python-4.2.3-24_nonptl.i386.rpm

The error im getting

[root@server]# rpm --install rpm-python-4.2.3-24_nonptl.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies
rpm = 4.2.3-24_nonptl is needed by rpm-python-4.2.3-24_nonptl
Anyone have any ideas? I really want to get this done tonight.
