Anyone with Dialup ISP experience in Canada

Hi, this is probably not the right forum for this but I am sure a mod will move it.

Some info:

I live in rural Ontario, Canada.
Local Pop: about 10K

We are currently a VISP. Our provider (and no other VISP provider) has a local pop for us.

There is one small ISP in the area but they are doing a horrible job.

So we decided to put in our own equipment.

We have:
- Ordered 2 bonded T1’s for 3 MB in and out. They will be installed in the next 45 days
- Ordered 1 full PRI. It will be installed in the same
- Ordered 2 Dell PowerEdge servers

We are looking at a refurbished Cisco AS5300 RAS.

Now the problem is the person that was going to setup our ISP has just moved out of the country.

What I need is a small tutorial or how-to on setting up a Dialup ISP and a list of equipment that will be needed.
I have Googled the hell out of it and can’t find anything current.

I would greatly appreciate any info, links or names of books on setting up a dialup ISP using Linux. We intend to use FreeRadius for radius authentication.

Thanks!
