Problem: many people are complaining that randomly they cannot login to my site (page not found or "banned") even though they were not banned at all. The worst part about tracing this is that it happens to them ONLY with my site (while they cannot get into my forums, they can browse other sites). I have no idea where to begin trying to trace this problem. Below is basically a copy/paste of my text file of ALL hacks installed. If anyone can help me trace this I would be forever grateful.
