Is it possible to limit x mails per hour ?

Hi,
I´m using CPANEL/Linux/Exim.

Is it possible to limit the quantity of mails a mail account on a specific domain could send by hour?

Eg: I have a domain hosted on my machine, eg, domain.com

My WHM limit every domain to 500 emails MAX -> Whm Settings.

But, could I limit the mail account alguem@domain.com to send only 100 mails per hour maximum?
