APF problem very slow restart!

I recently upgraded my server from Centos 4.2 to Centos 4.3. Now all of a sudden it seriously takes APF 2 minutes to restart. Anyone know what might be causing this problem? APF problem very slow restart! I even tryed reinstalling apf and it does the same thing.
