KT Cloud takes the helm of Seoul’s Guro Data Center after developer shift

Capstone Asset Management tapped KT Cloud to lead operations for the 30MW Guro Data Center in Seoul, handing over the project after replacing Lotte E&C as the developer. The $914M facility will span eight stories above ground and is due by 2028. KT Cloud will lease 15% of the site, marking another step in its expanding digital infrastructure footprint across South Korea.
