Early impressions from CloudFest USA
Even before the conference officially began, there was a distinct sense of anticipation in the air. During early badge pickup at the Marriott, attendees filled the lobby with laughter and conversation, reconnecting like old friends. The energy was unmistakable, and the Miami setting only added to the atmosphere of excitement.
While working on news updates, I sat down next to Luis Novella, Co-founder and CEO of NodeZro, who opened my eyes to an issue that few companies in the space truly consider — their digital identities and the hidden exposure they leave behind without realizing it. It was an insightful discussion about how the company came to be, and why their first appearance at CloudFest USA feels like such a natural fit. We’ll be bringing you that story in the days to come.
I also ran into Christian Taylor, Founder of Craylor Media and a fast-rising YouTuber whose channel has seen tremendous growth since we last met at CloudFest in Austin last year. Christian has been one of the most consistent advocates for our industry, and this year he is hosting a panel with expert speakers from Monarx, Rocket.net, Bluehost and DreamHost participating, on how companies can succeed by offering WordPress hosting as a full product experience rather than simply focusing on speed, uptime, and support.
If the early hours are any indication, these next two days promise to be exceptional.
