Echo bets on AI-first containers as security flaws pile up in cloud stacks

Cloud security startup Echo has raised $35 million in Series A funding as enterprises struggle with container vulnerabilities buried deep in base images. Instead of patching flawed Docker images, Echo rebuilds them from scratch using AI agents that track and fix new CVEs as they emerge. The approach targets a growing attack surface that developers inherit long before writing application code.
