SWI takes majority stake in Polarise to scale Europe’s AI cloud, GPU infrastructure

SWI Stoneweg Icona Group has agreed to acquire a majority stake in German cloud provider Polarise, valuing the Nvidia Cloud Preferred Partner at €500 million. The investment brings GPU-as-a-Service capabilities onto SWI’s AiOnX platform, supporting expansion of AI factories across Europe.
