UDynamics files $18M Nasdaq IPO to fuel Asia cloud hosting expansion

Hong Kong-based UDynamics has filed with the SEC to raise up to $18 million through a Nasdaq IPO, offering 3 million shares priced between $5 and $7 under the ticker UDUD. The cloud hosting and IT infrastructure provider generated $7 million in revenue for the year ended July 2025, with cloud hosting and management accounting for 76% of total sales.
