HighPoint absorbs CloudView to bolster hybrid-cloud, automation expertise

HighPoint has absorbed cloud consulting firm CloudView Partners in a move aimed at strengthening its hybrid-cloud and infrastructure modernization capabilities. The deal brings CloudView’s expertise in Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and automation into HighPoint’s networking and cybersecurity portfolio. Founder Sanjay Maljure joins as Global VP of Digital Solutions, as both teams begin integrating services to support enterprises navigating complex multi-cloud migrations and platform modernization initiatives.
