Radio Streaming help

I have create Android radio player app with Google App inventor
its work fine and i have some problem with streaming.

1. when i use stream audio and play back with Ex: 192.168.0.1:8000
its not play

but i have find local online radio station streaming like this method http://nyc03.egihosting.com/7008

its work well !!

what is this streaming method ?

can i use this type streaming using WHMsonic ? if it is not

how can i setup streaming method like this http://nyc03.egihosting.com/7008
