why are there so many cache in my computer?
sometimes, i can not access my domain but others can access it. Why? I tried to clean all cookies and off-line files, it is still the same, when I restart computer it is still the same. but after a few minute, don't know what reason, i suddenly can access the domain.
Why?
what is cache? why i can not access the domain, but others can!!!
