account not restoring from backup?

i have an account that has php files, many images, etc... and something went wrong with the whole site. When i tried to run a backup restore, it restored the account but NOT the contents of PUBLIC_HTML folder! account not restoring from backup?

I looked at the account size and its like 1MB, but when i checked the tar file size it was about 202MB, which is about right.

does anyone know why this problem occured, and how to go about solving it? account not restoring from backup?
