Never had this problem, Setup a new account as usual in cpanel, add a test.htm page in the public_html folder and I get a 403 forbidden error when trying to view it. Customers cpanel error log shows this:
Directory index forbidden by rule: /home/********/public_html/
I already tried chmod the public folder from 705 to 755, and many /scripts cpanel commands but nothing is working here. Sorry its a new one for me.
