Exchange Antispam

Does anyone have any recommendation for antispam/antivirus filters for Exchange 2003, Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010?

Have several clients that have on premise exchange servers that currently get way more spam then they care for. Currently Panda Endpoint Protection for Exchange from Nable is installed to try and combat the spam, but its not working out to well. In the past they used TrendMicro that did not work out to well either.

Don't have the option to send the mail to a third party provider to be cleaned before being sent to the server as the clients have stressed no interest in doing this.

Anyone have any good recommendations?
