What does it tell you if pinging to your server gives you 0% packet loss, traceroute to your server shows that there is no problem anywhere yet you can't access your server (http) and you can't login into your server? When I try to telnet into the server, it accepted my login name yet it can't pas the password verification. It's doing something like this:
