3Ware not work at Athlon

I have buying 3 Ware 6000 series and i test at AMD Athlon... 3Ware not work at Athlon , it;s not work .... crash and crash... again...

and then i change to duron... it's works 3Ware not work at Athlon.

3Ware bad or AMD bad ???
