server connection failure

I have a connection(space) of burst.net server and I host a many sites . But at this moment I can't connnect to my server by telnet/ftp and also on my system can't access all sites which are hosted by me.But I can access these sites from any other place(i.e cyber cafe ) .
please suggest me how can I connect to my server and access these sites at my system.server connection failure
