spamming using my name

spam cop has sent email to several of my domins telling me I am spamming and to stop.
but guess what I am not so now what?
I did a who is on the site that I found in the spam but of course the guy who answered the phone was like "LOOK< I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, I AM NOT BILL WILLIAMS AND STOP CALLING ME!!!!" so either he is getting a lot of calls of he is laughing and telling his buddy "HE HE, theres another one LOL"

So could someone tell me what to do or direct me to where to go to find out?

I am looking at suespammers.org and samspade.org but there isn't direct info on what to do if someone is using your name in a spam or if there is info about that, I haven't found it yet (lots of good info but a lot)


So in closing please direct me to a thread or site concerning this.
