CPanel/WHM Server Mail Problem

I am having an issue sending mail from our new CPanel/WHM server. Whenever I send a message from NeoMail I get a rejected message reply back that states:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software (Exim).

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
SMTP error from remote mailer after MAIL FROM:<assorted@web1.assortedinternet.com> SIZE=3986:
