Rackshack.net DNS down?

Are rackshack.net's name servers running? I've seen a couple sites that i think are rackshack hosted that I can't get to load.

Namely, rackshack.net itself. Is this just me? Well, I can't load their page, anyway.

A ping i did gave me their IP, but when I type it in my browser, they redirect me to their site, which, doesn't work Rackshack.net DNS down?
