mySQL and VBulletin installation on an NT machine??

I have a client on a dedicated NT machine who wants to add a bulletin board to their site. They already own UBB software, but are unsure they want to use it due to the resource hog the UBB is known to be. I am considering the option of installing mySQL and either PHPbb or VBulletin Board instead.

How easy or difficult would this be on an NT box....or does anyone have other suggestions? Or have you done this?
