cURL Question and compilation

Hello, I was wondering how I can tell if cURL is installed on my server, and if it is installed how can I make sure that it is the SSL-compiled Curl package? Is there also a way for me to see what modules cURL was compiled with?

BTW I'm on a shared hosting account.
