New server cpanel partitions
I have a new server that I am setting up. I am going to load redhat 7.1 and cpanel3 on to it. I would like to know what you guys would recommend that I make the partitions for optimum performance. Here are my server specs: Dual p3 1ghz, dual scsi raid 36gig hard drives, 60 gig backup drive, 1.5 GB ram.
I do know the basic partitions that should be made (/swap /home /usr /var /etc and more), but am unsure how big I should make each. The scsi drives will be mirrored, so there will be only 36 gigs of "main" hard drive space. (the 60 gig drive is for backup).
If someone could send me the partition specs of a similar server, or suggest what I should make my partitions, it would be Great!
