FrontPage Help

I have a rh 6.2 whm/cpanel box....
A use of mine is getting this error:
Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page: http://www.somecompany.com/form.html

When he tries to submit the form. I have already run the update from cpanel layer1. Any other ideas..?
