IIS help needed desperately
IIS is serving pages incredibly slowly
FTP is fast, mail is fast, even the pages in imail webmail are fast, but anything running from IIS is taking an age - literally minutes to load a page that shoudl take 10 seconds.
This is a brand new server ( I've been running another for a few months without incident ) with only 3 sites set up, each on their own IP and I need some help badly
