moving 165 virtual hosts

I just signed up for a Rackspace server and once my nameserver info goes through @ NetSol (grrr...), I'm gonna have the lovely job of moving 165 domain names -- its a good thing that I can use their "global change" function.

So anyways, I was just wondering if anyone can give me some tips for moving the data from Interland to Rackspace? I administer ALL of the 165 domain names so I don't need to make user accounts for people. Since I was on a shared system over at Interland, I don't have any of the zone file info to copy to Rackspace - do I have to add them 1 by 1 in Webmin or is there any easier way to do things? If I use the same directory structure, can I just copy the <virtualhost> definitions in the .conf file?

Basically, I'm just looking for ways to make the move as smoothe as possible. I can't afford to have a chunk or all of the 165 domain names mess up once's the new nameserver info takes effect. I'm using one of our domain names as the nameserver instead of Rackspace's.
