Domain Registration - .BIZ

Customer registered a domain through me last THURSDAY, I set it up, everything was fine. The domain is still not up today, even though my nameservers are happily doing their thing. When I whois the domain it says the status is "inactive"

Sponsoring Registrar: eNom, Inc.
Domain Status: inactive

The rest of the info shows his information (no nameservers are listed but shouldn't they be ina whois?)

I used whois -h whois.opensrs.net to get the results.

Any clues are helpful, obviously the man is ready to get his domain active!
