Oh No! My Server is Down and I Can't Get it Back Up!

I am using CPanel. And everytime I try to bring Apache back online, it gives me this message:

Looking up localhost Making HTTP connection to localhost Alert!: Unable to connect to remote host. lynx: Can't access startfile http://localhost/server-status

When I tried to do it in shell it gives me this:

[Wed Dec 19 15:01:01 2001] [warn] NameVirtualHost 66.96.220.95:80 has no VirtualHosts

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start: httpd started

But Apache is still down, meaning it won't serve up the webpages. Could anyone shed any light for me?
