FTP Problem
I have 2 servers both NT4 both in the same domain, 1 PDC 1 BDC. Both machines have IIS4 with websites on, and Web publishing is fine on both machines. FTP works fine on the PDC but fails competely on the BDC. If I try and log into the BDC just using username and no password I get challenged for the password, so presumably everything is working fine up until now. When I enter the password which I know is 100% correct, I get an error 530 User host cannot log in. Does anybody know what Ive missed or whats going wrong???
It appears that FTP is refusing the password because I can log into other machines locally using the same passsword that FTP is refusing?
