transferring .COM.AU domains? hassles

We currently run a DNS server for all of our hosting customers; it runs great for all of the customers that we have except for one customer.

His domain is charmedescorts.com.au and it is registered at inww.com. We have verified that we have added the DNS record to our servers just like all of our other customers but it is still a no go. This is what the error is..

Your delegation request was not accepted

The reported error was:

ns1.dnswebserver.net is not an authoritative DNS server for charmedescorts.com.com.au.
If you wish to use it as a DNS server,
then the DNS administrator of ns1.dnswebserver.net needs to configure it to know about charmedescorts.com.com.au, BEFORE you re-submit this delegation form

Any ideas?? Have we forgotten to add something to the records?
