Plesk 2.0 and mySQL
Woohoo my first post! Been lurkin'
I'm trying to install a php script that requires mySQL on my Plesk 2.0 server but the installation can't find the mysql and mysqdump path. My path suppose to be this according to my shell 'locate' command:
/usr/local/psa/mysql/bin/mysql
/usr/local/psa/mysql/bin/mysqldump
But my script said it can't find it there! This is really strange... Has anyone had this perplexing problem before? I've been staying up nights trying to figure this one out.
Also I get these errors on the setup script:
Warning: Cannot execute using backquotes in safe mode in
/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/php/main/admin/setup.php on line 37
Warning: Cannot execute using backquotes in safe mode in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/php/main/admin/setup.php on line 40
Could I turn off this 'safe mode'? Should I?
If anybody knows what I'm talking about, please reply. This is driving me insane!
