Basically I run a webhosting company. And as you all know, we get all sort of clients either excellent or either as***les.
Well, same happened with me. Yesterday, I got a signup. It was for www.lansingstudios.com
That guy got his account info as soon as he paid. So he setup his account and used the account to send UCE/Spam.
Even I am using POP AUTH. Well, this is the second time it happened with me.
Last time I ended up paying US$200 to TB, which the client who spammed never paid and I think the same is going to happen again (though I have deleted his account immediately I got the first complaint and cleared the mail queue).
Well, whats the solution. The only option left with me is to get out of business. Because basicallly I am not running this company as a profession instead just for my experience and ease for new web designers out there.
Though, I have enough budget that I can pay the charges (that I hope won't be forced on me, but who knows). Anyways, can you please tell me how can I stop the spam that some bas***ds are sending from my server.
I am using a RaQ3 with SendMail.
