[mod_throttle] Modify default page?

Hail all,

I have a question,
I installed mod_throttle, very funny little thing indeed [mod_throttle] Modify default page?

But my question is, how can I change the page it shows you when you ran out of bandwidth?...
It now has the standard white background with white text...
