should I install this for a user
A user asked me to install these perl modules:

one POP3.pm and one is Config.pm
I read POP3.pm and it seems like it gives PERL permission to use the pop program on my linux server. I do not know if it is a good ideal. Could this mess up anything? Your help is appreciated. Thanks.
