I'm using a Compaq ProLiant dual-cpu server with RAID-5 and a hot-pluggable spare. I'm concerned about what might happen if something other than a drive fails in the server. What is the best way to protect against that? Is there an easy (read cheap) way to mirror to a smaller server? I have a spare Compaq ProSignia that I could use for that.
