First time I've come across this problem.
We have a customer who is running Plesk v2. As soon as he logs into the Plesk 'admin' browser panel the lag/pings blow out to ridiculous levels.. as soon as he logs out of Plesk web interface, it goes back to normal.Example..

This has been escalated, but just wondered if anyone here had a quick clue.. we've checked all the *possible* things that might cause this, and there is no immediate clue... no server load, no network issues..
