Formmail problem

It's from somebody who has been trying to install formmail on my Ensim server. Had some more errors but I now got it down to just this one. I created a symlink in the persons html folder to the cgi-bin (the actual bin in the users /var folder) and the symlink seems to be working. I think it's probably just a matter of setting up the file permissions correctly, but I'm not sure about that.
