A would would like me to change configuration on the server so that it's possible for his clients to view the default file with http://<IP>/~username instead of http://<IP>/~username/ (note slash). I know that this is possible but how can it be done? - I suppose that something in the .htaccess file needs to be changed. What is the utility/program to edit .htaccess via SSH called? I'm still new to dedicated servers so I hope someone can help me.
