Help installing SSL Cert

A Client has ordered a QuickSSL Cert from me. I have installed plenty of these before using WHM, but for some reason, this time it will not recognize the cert with the key.

I Generated the CSR with WHM, then gave that to Geotrust, they then sent the cert to the customer, I got that sent to me and pasted it into the top box in WHM, (normally at this stage WHM pastes the info into the right boxes) but this time it did nothing... so i pasted the key file into the second box and filled in the information, but i keep getting a mismatch error.

So, I've tried manually putting it in, but when i look at the log it is saying it cant find the key file, so thus it wont put the little padlock on when accessing https for this domain.

Any ideas why? I have got in touch with Geotrust and am waiting a response back from them, but wondered if there was anything else i could try.
