Reverse DNS entries for MX records

I've checked my site (hosted on a dedicated server under CPanel/WHM) with www.dnsreport.com, and found that my domain doesn't have reverse DNS entries for MX records. I know that some mail servers won't accept mail from a host with no reverse DNS entry.

How to setup the reverse DNS records for a domain under CPanel/WHM? Do they require additional zone files? Can this be done by simply adding a PTR record in the zone file for that domain?
