Front Page Form submit error.

I am trying to create a form with FP2002 where on submit the form is both emailed and stored in an htm file. I get the following error:

........Error #7000b Message: A FrontPage Save Results component tried to write to "_private/feedback.htm", but access to this file or URL is disallowed because it is located in an invalid subfolder, is not part of the web, or was disallowed by an administrator.

The file and folders exist... and I believe the permissions are right. Any ideas?
