.....I'm in the middle of starting up my own hosting company via colo. and I'm planning on getting a 1Mb pipe[up/down]. I was wondering if there is anyway to know how many sites[customers] a pipe that size will support[1Mb = 324GB transfer per month]. I know its guessing in the dark here because its such limited info. but I'm trying to draw up and business plan and I need as much info in there as to when to upgrade to a bigger pipe. Also will people be happy for the most part with a 1Mb pipe that is one hop from the backbone?
